PCR fluorescence detection filter
it is applied to fluorescence microscopes, PCR fluorescence analysis instruments. As the core optical components of the instrument, it is widely used in life science research.
The light source of fluorescence microscope is generally mercury lamp, laser and LED, the light source emits light, first through the excitation filter to form a specific wavelength of excitation light, and then reflected by the beam splitter to the objective lens, the objective lens converges the light to the specimen, and finally the specimen is excited by it to produce fluorescence.
PCR fluorescence analysis instrument is an instrument that monitors the reaction process in real time by labeling and tracking PCR products with fluorescent dyes or fluorescently labeled specific probes. The working principle is that the fluorescent dye or fluorescent probe binds selectively and specifically to the target moiety, and then the fluorescent dye or fluorescent probe releases a fluorescent signal under excitation light irradiation. The fluorescent signal is transmitted through the optical system to the photoelectric sensor, which detects the intensity of the fluorescent signal, and the fluorescent intensity is linearly related to the concentration of the target gene, so the whole PCR process can be monitored.
